Volunteering for Bingo  -  One way to help raise funds for the band is by volunteering for BINGO!   Each BINGO session takes 24 volunteers to run a successful session.   Volunteering j ust takes five hours of your time and gives back so much to your band.  Bingo is held the 1st, 3rd and 5th Friday's of each month (if there happens to be a 5th Friday).   Sign up through the band website by selecting the Bingo tab above and then click on the "Sign Up" button.  Bingo for the summer will be July 2nd, 16th, 30th and August 6th and 20th.  Please contact Yvonne Beyer, the Bingo Coordinator , if you have any questions.

2010 Marching Season Music - Marching season music is now posted in the Resources tab, Sheet Music icon, button above.  It can be downloaded and printed in PDF format.  You can verify the part you play from the main music page if you play an instrument with multiple parts.

Newsletter and Band Camp Information - You can click on the following documents to see information about the coming years band activities, including band camp information, parents letter,  and information regarding marching season fees, uniform fittings and band picture schedule.

Band Pictures - Band pictures will be taken on September 2nd in the band room. Please arrive at the time listed below. Remember, siblings may come at the same time. Everyone needs to bring instruments (percussion needs sticks/mallets) and guard, pit and drum line need their shoes. All band members will have an individual picture taken and will receive a complimentary 5x7 and a photo button. Siblings may also have their picture taken together however, this is in addition to the individual pictures and does not qualify for the complimentary packet.

Info packets will be going home soon. Please click here to download an order form now in case the packet disappears between school and home! Please bring your order form and payment on Sept 2nd.
