Attention middle school band students and parents (8th graders)... the 2008 Scholarship Program started on Feb 1st and you are now eligible to earn scholarship credits!! Get a head start on earning credits for Summer Prep Course (band camp) by volunteering for Bingo NOW!!   Just five hours of your time gives back so much to your band.   We only work the 1st, 3rd and 5th Friday's (if applicable) of each month so, please come out and help!!  S ign up through the band website by selecting the Bingo tab above and then click on the "Sign Up" button.  Questions can be forwarded directly to Dee Riter at graftonbingo@cox.net .  Thank you.

Marching Season Music, Drills and Coordinate Sheets - Students, the 2008 marching season music/mp3 files and associated drill and coordinate sheets are now posted on the website ("Resources" tab - then either the "Sheet Music", "Drill", or "Coordinate" icons).  This year's show features four selections from "Fiddler on the Roof".  

Use of Scholarship Credit for Summer Prep Course (aka Band Camp) - Parents/Students are reminded that if you want to use your students earned scholarship credits towards Band Camp/Marching Band fees payment, you must submit a Scholarship Application no later than 4:00PM on 15 Aug 08 .  Unfortunately, due to computation of scholarships on that date, n o applications will be accepted after that time and date. Applications must be turned into the Student Accounts box (white metal box on bandroom wall) and no other place or they will become lost.   Applications can be found on the band website (www.graftonband.com) under the "Resources" tab, then "Forms" icon.  You can find your current Scholarship Credit balance on the band website under the "Resources" tab, then "Scholarship Credits" icon.   For additional questions, please email the Student Accounts Manager at ghsb_studentsaccts@cox.net .
