GHS Marching Band Fee Form

2024-2025 MARCHING SEASON FEES (DUE MAY 31, 2024)

The marching season fees for 2024-2025 are $250 per student. If you have a second child in band, their marching fees are $225, and if you have a third student in band, that child’s fees are $200. The preferred method of payment of these fees is below through PayPal. To pay via check, in person, please complete the GHS Band Fee Form 24-25 and include it with your payment. Checks should be made out to GHBPA.

*Students will be fitted for band shoes before or during band camp, with shoe orders being placed in August. Returning students, PLEASE try on your band shoes! Any shoe order placed after the deadline will need to include an extra $20 for shipping. Shoe fees for the 24-25 season are $45.

**Every student enrolled in a band class will have a yearly concert season fee of $25 to cover the cost of upkeep, maintenance and replacement of the concert uniform inventory. Additional fees of $15 for the marching uniform rental and $30 instrument rental are charged by YCSD and are NOT associated with the band parent organization. These fees are on the fee sheet that comes home from the school.

Marching season fee covers: Show t-shirt, black socks and blue shorts to wear for the summer uniform and to wear under the full uniform, custom wind and percussion music and custom drill created especially for Grafton High School, 2 weeks of band camp, specialized instructors/teachers that help throughout the season, band pictures (to include a button and 5×7), end of band camp pool party, and help toward our competition and transportation fees.
