Here are the forms for the spring trip Many of these are informational only, but there are several that need to be returned with signatures. Please download all of these forms and read through ALL of the information.
On Wednesday, Dec. 11, the final spring trip payment of $275 (check made to GHBPA) and the following forms are due.

- Rules and Regulations for Spring Trip

Deposit and Payment Schedule
All payments can be put into the RED BOX in the band room or paid online below.
Sept. 12 | Non-Refundable Deposit of $200 |
Oct. 9 | Second payment of $250 |
Nov. 13 | Third payment of $250 |
Dec. 11 | Final payment of $275 |
Spring Trip Payment #4 – $275
Payments can be made by check or online via PayPal.
For Checks:
– Make payable to GHBPA.
– Write “Spring Trip Payment 4” and Student’s Name in memo area.
For PayPal:
– Click Pay Now button below
– Note: there is a $6.50 PayPal processing fee for this payment
– REQUIRED: Enter student’s name
